Leptospira DNA, Qualitative, Real-Time PCR – PCR can be used to rapidly diagnose Leptospirosis, an infection caused by a waterborne spirochete of the genus Leptospira. In addition, testing of blood, CSF and urine may give an indication of the stage of infection.
